How long is the food good for?

The health department recommends 7 days if kept cold. We suggest eating food sooner rather than later, around 5 days. If you plan on eating it after 5 days you should freeze it and reheat when ready.

Is it always the same menu??

No way! We have a new menu each week!

Can you make custom meals?

Yes we can, but you would need to contact us via private chef form on our website or click here:


How freshly are meals prepared?

Our meals are approved by nutrition experts and personal trainers, then  crafted weekly by our head chef. We shop and cook fresh so you don't have to!

How much money do I really save on a 15 meal pack vs A La Carte?

The 15 meal Pack saves about $17 off the a la carte pricing.

I'm trying to become healthier, do you offer any challenges?

Yes, about 4-6 times a year we will offer different challenges! This is actually REALLY challenging. You will get food for five meals a day, seven days a week, every week for 30 days.  We will do a wellness evaluation with pictures and measurements before you start so that you can see the difference at the end of the challenge.

How are delivery rates calculated & where do we deliver?

We deliver within about 20 miles of our kitchen. In the image below you'll see your delivery charge will be $5, $10, $15, or $20 dollars depending on your zip code. Reach out to us if you have questions.


When are the orders due?

The deadline is 11:59pm on Tuesday. Every week. This never changes. (unless for holidays. Pickup is every Sunday at 4:30 P.M. and Monday 6 A.M. - 2 P.M. Deliveries go out between 7 - 9 A.M Monday morning.


Can containers be microwaved?

Yes! Our containers are microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. They can also be good for use later around the house.

Can I lose weight by eating this food?

Yes. In our experience, most people who go from their old way of eating to this type of eating do lose weight. If you have further health, diet or fitness l, then feel free to message us on Facebook and we will connect you with our own fitness and nutrition experts.

What if something doesn't taste right?

Let us know immediately and we will credit you the item. We credit an entrée if you do not like it. Just shoot us a message and we will take care of it for you and make it up to you!

What happens if I refer a friend?

Make sure you let them know to put your name in the promo code section of the menu!  When your friends order, we will give you 10% credit of their orders.

Can I swing by and grab some meals?

Not yet, our food is only available by ordering online. But signup for our newsletter and we'll be sure to let you know when things change.

Special Heating Instructions


Pancakes: Remove the lid and heat for 60 seconds.

Breakfasts containing eggs: Remove lid and heat this dish for 60-90 seconds at half power, this will keep the eggs somewhat soft. What an amazing start to your day!


Stir Frys:  Best option is to stir fry again to warm up. For microwave, remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds.

Pork Chops or steaks: Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Repeat for another 30 seconds if necessary.

Meatballs: Remove the lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Continue heating for 30 seconds if meatballs are not warm all the way through.

Pizza dishes: Remove the lid and heat for 60-75 seconds.

Roast:  Remove lid and heat for 90 seconds.

Saucy noodle dishes: Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Stir everything together and repeat for 30 more seconds.

Steak: Microwave steak separately to desired temp
