How It Works
Meal Prep Tulsa prepares freshly cooked meals that use the most sustainable, highest quality ingredients available. We collaborate with nutrition experts to create an amazing environment for your body to burn fat, reduce inflammation, and build muscle without the damaging effects of calorie restriction. And the best part is all you have to do is order, eat, repeat!

You can order A La Carte or choose one of our subscription plans and save even more!
2. Choose Your Fulfillment Date
Order Sundays before 11:59 pm CST and get your meals on Thursday.
Order Tuesdays before 11:59 pm CST and get your meals on Monday.
3. Select Any Combination Of Meals
Select any combination of meals from our menu with new options every week!
4. Select Pickup/Delivery At Checkout
We deliver within about 20 miles of our kitchen. We hand deliver to your home Monday and Friday morning’s from 7-9am. You can also pickup your order at one of our convenient dropoff locations on Mondays or Fridays. Pickup locations are scattered around:

Special Heating Instructions
Pancakes: Remove the lid and heat for 60 seconds.
Breakfasts containing eggs: Remove lid and heat this dish for 60-90 seconds at half power, this will keep the eggs somewhat soft. What an amazing start to your day!
Stir Frys: Best option is to stir fry again to warm up. For microwave, remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds.
Pork Chops or steaks: Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Repeat for another 30 seconds if necessary.
Meatballs: Remove the lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Continue heating for 30 seconds if meatballs are not warm all the way through.
Pizza dishes: Remove the lid and heat for 60-75 seconds.
Roast: Remove lid and heat for 90 seconds.
Saucy noodle dishes: Remove lid and heat for 60-90 seconds. Stir everything together and repeat for 30 more seconds.
Steak: Microwave steak separately to desired temp
